These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, booking tools, and related online services operated by Skinoq Healthcare Private Limited (“Skinoq”, “we”, “us”) for our skin, hair, and aesthetic clinics in Surat and Ahmedabad. By accessing skinoq.com or booking or receiving services through our channels, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are

2. Nature of our services
We provide consultations, clinical assessments, and treatment protocols for skin, hair, and aesthetic concerns. Information on this website is for general education and clinic orientation. It is not a substitute for an in-person consultation, diagnosis, or personalised medical advice. Suitability of any protocol is determined only after clinical evaluation. We do not guarantee specific clinical outcomes; results vary by individual.
3. Bookings and cancellations
Appointments may be requested online, by phone, or through our booking page. A booking request is confirmed only when we acknowledge it. Please arrive on time and share relevant medical history and medications honestly. If you need to cancel or reschedule, notify us as early as practicable so we can offer the slot to another patient. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future booking priority. Specific deposit, prepaid package, or cancellation rules (if any) will be stated at the time of booking or on your invoice.
4. Payments
Fees for consultations and treatments are communicated before or at the time of service. Payment may be accepted by methods we support (for example UPI, card, or other approved channels). Packages or prepaid plans, where offered, are subject to the terms stated when purchased. Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, fees for completed services are non-refundable.
5. Eligibility and your responsibilities
You confirm that information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to consent to care (or that a parent/guardian consents where required). You agree to follow pre- and post-care instructions given by our clinical team and to seek urgent medical care elsewhere if you experience an emergency.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skinoq and its directors, staff, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from services, except where liability cannot be excluded (including for proven negligence causing personal injury where applicable law so requires). Website content may contain occasional errors or may become outdated; we may update it without notice.
7. Intellectual property
All text, branding, logos, images, videos, and design on skinoq.com are owned by Skinoq or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse our materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
8. Privacy
How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy policy. By using our services, you also acknowledge that policy.
9. Website use
You agree not to misuse the site (including attempting unauthorised access, disrupting services, or submitting unlawful content). We may suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
